Whole Wheat Avocado Toast

Makes: 1 Serving | Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1/2 fresh avocado

• 1 slice whole wheat or multigrain toast (or gluten-free, if intolerant)

• Salt, pepper, turmeric or red pepper flakes

• 1/2 cup mixed berries (blackberries and blueberries shown here)

Directions:

1. Toast bread

2. Spread avocado on toast

3. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric.

4. Optional: flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds

5. Serve with 1/2 cup mixed berries
