Berry, Beet and Ginger Smoothie

Makes: 4 Servings | Prep: 5 - 10 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1 medium banana

• 1 handful of spinach

• 1 medium beet, peeled

• 2 cups frozen mixed berries

• 1” piece of peeled fresh ginger

• 1/2 of an avocado

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds

• 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

• 1/4 cup coconut milk

• 1 1/4 cup water

Special Equipment:

• Vitamix or any other blender

Directions:

1. Place ingredients into a blender. Blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
