Oatmeal with Cinnamon and Berries

Makes: 1 Serving | Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
• Plain instant oatmeal (or rolled oats/steel cut oats)

• 2/3 cup milk or non-dairy alternative

• 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/2 teaspoon flax-, chia-, hemp seeds

• 1/2 cup mixed berries (blackberries and raspberries shown here)

Directions:

1. Add oatmeal and milk to a pan, mix, and heat to boiling (or prepare in microwave if using instant).

2. Lower heat, simmer until desired consistency

3. Serve in bowl, add seeds, cinnamon and top with berries.
