Raspberries & Goat Cheese on Whole Wheat English Muffins

Makes: 1 Serving | Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 whole wheat or multigrain English muffin (or gluten-free, if intolerant)

• Thin layer of goat cheese

• 6-8 Raspberries + side of berries

Directions:

1. Toast English muffin.

2. Add a thin layer of goat cheese

2. Smush 6-8 raspberries on each side of the English muffin.

3. Serve with 1/2 cup mixed berries. Enjoy!

4. Optional: flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds.
