This data is essential for developing an effective nutrition and wellness plan, as body weight alone only reflects total mass—it does not account for body composition, such as the proportion of fat, muscle, water, and bone.
For example, two individuals may each weigh 150 pounds, but one may have 9% body fat while the other has 35%. While the scale shows the same number, their bodies are functioning very differently. Understanding your body composition provides far more meaningful insight than weight or BMI (Body Mass Index) and is key to creating a personalized plan.
