Private Pay: $150.00 per visit

For out-of-network plans, I am able to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

Please note that a Superbill does not guarantee that you will be reimbursed by your insurance provider, and that payment is required at the time of service.
