Berry Spinach Smoothie

Makes: 4 Servings | Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1 banana

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

• 2 cups frozen mixed berries

• 1 cup fresh spinach or kale

• 1 tablespoon flax/chia/hemp seeds

• 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy alternative (adjust for desired consistency)

• Optional: protein powder, honey

Special Equipment:

• Vitamix or any other blender

Directions:

1. Place ingredients into a blender. Blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
