Protein Chocolate Shake

Makes: 1 Serving | Prep: 5 - 10 minutes

Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

• 1 tablespoon Dutch-process cocoa powder (dark chocolate)

• 1/2 cup frozen banana

• 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 8 ice cubes

Special Equipment:

• Vitamix or any other blender

Directions:

1. In advance: Remove the peel from the banana, slice into large coins, place in a plastic bag, and freeze.

2. Place ingredients into a blender. Blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
