Overnight Oats

Makes: 1 Serving | Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup old fashioned oats

• 1/2 cup milk of choice

• 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 1 tbsp maple syrup (or less per taste)

• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

• Berries or other toppings, including nuts, seeds, nut butter, etc.

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a large glass container and mix until combined.

2. Cover the glass container with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Add toppings immediately before serving.
