Plain Greek Yogurt with Berries, Nectarine and Almonds

Makes: 1 Serving | Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup mixed berries and/or other fresh fruit (nectarine shown here)

• 2 tablespoons sliced almonds (or chopped raw walnuts)

• Optional: sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients into a bowl. Enjoy!
